Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Note: Computer House uses a network of third-party suppliers located in the EU, China, and the USA. Processing times may vary slightly depending on which supplier fulfills your order.

 Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier backlogs are outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses – Important

You are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, Computer House is not obligated to issue a refund or send a replacement if the package is lost or delivered to that wrong address.

  • If the carrier marks your package as "Delivered" to the address you provided, the order is considered fulfilled.

  • Address change requests: If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, email us at computerhousestore97@gmail.com within 1 hour. After that, your order may have already been transmitted to our supplier and cannot be modified.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery

Once the carrier marks your package as "Delivered," Computer House is not responsible for theft or loss from your delivery location. Please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact your local post office

  • Use a secure delivery address whenever possible

6. Undeliverable Packages (Returned to Sender)

If the carrier attempts delivery but fails due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Unclaimed at post office after notification

  • Refused by recipient

The package will be returned to our supplier's warehouse. In this case:

  • You will be charged a re-shipping fee of €10–€25 (depending on destination) to send it again.

  • If you do not want it reshipped, we will refund the product cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • EU orders: No customs fees for shipments within the EU.

  • Non-EU orders (USA, UK, Switzerland, etc.): You may be charged import duties, VAT, or handling fees by your local customs office. These are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.

  • Computer House does not mark shipments as "gift" or lower declared values. We comply with all customs laws.

8. What Happens If Your Package Is Truly Lost?

If tracking has not updated for 25 business days (EU) or 35 business days (outside EU):

  • Email us at computerhousestore97@gmail.com with your order number.

  • We will investigate with the supplier and carrier.

  • If confirmed lost, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement.
